take for example, your handphone. it doesn't have any rights, opionions or emotions of their own. in the beginning you treat it with care, but after a while the novelty starts to wear off. it becomes just another of your handphones. perhaps even a decorational object that you use at your whims and fancies. you only use it when you need to, or want to. you use it to keep in contact with others. you use it for entertainment. you use it to keep track of your daily appointments. sometimes, you even accidently leave it behind because you've become so accustomed to having it around. you realise its importance, but only feel the full impact of it when its gone or starts malfunctioning. it funny how an object like this can revolve around our lives, yet be forgotten or mishandled.
